The CSR and Sustainability Report outlines how the Volvo Group takes economic, social and environmental responsibility to contribute to sustainable development. The report describes how we address CSR and sustainability issues and the results achieved.
The report is an important platform for dialogue with investors, employees, business partners and other stakeholders.
The highlights, in terms of CSR and sustainability, for the Volvo Group during the year:
* The Volvo Group adopted a new vision - To become the world leader in sustainable transportation solutions
* The Volvo Group qualified for top placement on external assessments, such as the Dow Jones Sustainability Index World (DJSI World)
* The Volvo Group expanded its cooperation with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) through the Climate Savers Program
* The Volvo Group expanded the customer offering with vehicles that can run on renewable fuels and hybrid technology
